What does an AI team actually do for you?
No tech skills needed. Think of it as staff that never sleeps, who you talk to in a chat. Here is how it works — and a normal day with it.
1You just chat
Open the Claude app on your phone or computer and write what you need, in Arabic or English. No software to learn.
2It knows your business
We give your team your prices, menu or services, policies, tone and goals — so its answers are about you, not generic.
3You decide
It drafts; you approve. Nothing is posted or sent to a customer without you, and every task is tracked on your dashboard.

Questions
What exactly do I get?
A Claude workspace set up for your business: a project holding your Business Profile and files, and the AI roles you chose, working as one team. You use it in the Claude app on your computer or phone by simply asking.
Do I pay for Claude separately?
Yes. You subscribe to Claude directly with Anthropic (Pro for one person, Team for several users). Thrubits charges only for the setup and the optional monthly care.
Will it post or message customers by itself?
No. Every post, reply or message is a draft for you to approve and send. Price changes, discounts and orders are recommendations; you make the decision.
Is my data safe?
Everything stays in your own Claude account; we never ask for your password — you sign in yourself during setup. We advise against putting passwords, card numbers or ID documents in it.
Which languages does it speak?
Arabic and English. For customers it writes in Lebanese or Gulf Arabic, as you choose, or in English.
My business is not in the list — can it work?
Yes. The business roles fit any business, and we pick the closest specialists or add a role for your field.
How do I see what the team did?
Every finished task is logged on your private team dashboard: work done by each role, drafts waiting for your approval and follow-ups. You can also ask "show my dashboard" inside Claude, set your goals and pause any role.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Then you get your money back. If your team has not saved you at least 5 hours in the first 30 days after setup, tell us. We first try to fix what is not working, and if you still want to stop, we refund your setup fee in full. Details are in the terms.
What if I stop monthly care?
Your Claude account and your chats stay yours. The Thrubits roles, your Business Profile and the dashboard pause at the end of the period you paid for, and switch back on the moment you restart — nothing is lost.
