Thrubits Agents — Privacy Notice
In short
- We do not receive or store your Claude conversations. They stay in your own Claude account, under Anthropic's privacy policy.
- We store what we need to run the service: your contact details, your Business Profile and goals, your roles, short task titles in the work log, daily usage counts, invoices and your signup answers.
- Usage records are counts only — which tools and roles were used each day — never the content of what you asked.
- We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, email delivery and Cloudflare.
- You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time by emailing info@thrubits.com.
- Please do not put passwords, card numbers or ID documents in your Business Profile or chats.
1. Who we are and what this notice covers
This notice explains how Thrubits, a web and app studio based in Saida, Lebanon ("Thrubits", "we", "us"), handles personal and business information in connection with Thrubits Agents: the signup form, the setup, the Thrubits team connector, the team dashboard, the weekly report, reminders, invoicing and monthly care.
Thrubits is responsible for the information described in this notice. You can reach us at info@thrubits.com or on WhatsApp at +961 81 066 995.
This notice does not cover how Anthropic handles your use of Claude, or how other tools you connect to Claude handle your data. Those are covered by their own privacy policies.
2. What we do not receive
Your AI team works inside your own Claude account. Your conversations with Claude, the files you upload to Claude and what Claude writes for you stay in your Claude account and are handled by Anthropic under its privacy policy. Thrubits does not receive or store them.
The connector does not log what you ask. When Claude calls it, it receives only what that call needs, such as the name of a role or a short task title to put on your dashboard.
We never ask for or keep your Claude password, and we do not have access to the other tools you connect to Claude, such as your email, calendar or files.
3. Information we collect
Signup answers: your business name, your name, WhatsApp number, email, country, chosen pack and plan, what you sell, your main goal, your preferred language and Arabic dialect, your Claude plan and how many people will use it.
Account and contact details: owner and staff names, emails and phone numbers, dashboard sign-in details for people you give access to, your language, and your Claude plan type and renewal date (so we can remind you).
Business Profile and goals: the information about your business that the team reads before each task, such as products, prices, policies, customers, tone and house rules, and the goals and priorities you set on your dashboard.
Team settings: the roles on your team and any roles you pause.
Work log: for each task Claude logs, the role, a short title, a status (for example done, waiting for approval or follow-up), an optional due date and an optional short note. Claude is instructed to keep titles short and free of customer names, phone numbers and other personal details.
Usage counts: for each day, the number of connector calls, which tools and which roles were used, how many calls came while the team was paused, and when the connector was last used. These are counts only, never the content of your conversations.
Billing: invoices, fees, due dates, payment status and the payment details needed to record your payments. We do not ask for or store full card numbers.
Communications: messages you exchange with us by email or WhatsApp, and support notes.
Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider and Cloudflare process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver the site and keep it secure, and we use cookies needed for sign-in and security.
4. How we use it
To provide the service: setting up your team, serving your roles and Business Profile through the connector while your subscription is active, and pausing it when it is not.
To run your dashboard and send your weekly report (by email, or by WhatsApp if you prefer), which show work done, items waiting for your approval and follow-ups. You can turn the weekly report off.
To send reminders before a care payment is due and before your recorded Claude renewal date, and to issue invoices and record payments.
To give support and deliver monthly care, for example reviewing what you used and updating your profile and roles.
To improve our role library in aggregate, for example by seeing which roles and tools are used most across clients. We do not use your Business Profile or work log to build services for other clients.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to prevent abuse of the service.
We use your business name or results in a case study only with your permission.
5. Why we are allowed to use it
We use your information because you asked us to and agreed to it when you signed up, because we need it to perform our agreement with you, because the law requires it (for example keeping invoices), or because we have a legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the service in a way that respects your rights.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This does not affect what we did before, and some parts of the service may then no longer be possible.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf to run the service: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and Cloudflare for site delivery and security. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
Anthropic is not our processor. It is your own provider: when Claude calls the connector, it receives your Business Profile, role instructions and dashboard information inside your Claude account, where Anthropic handles them under its terms and privacy policy.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a transfer of our business, in which case this notice will continue to protect it.
7. Where your data is stored
Our hosting provider, email provider and Cloudflare may store or process data in countries other than Lebanon or Saudi Arabia. Where we use such providers, we choose reputable ones and take reasonable steps so that your data is protected in line with this notice and applicable law.
8. How we protect it
Connector and dashboard keys are long random secrets that are shown once. We store them only as hashes; the dashboard key is also stored encrypted so we can include your private link in the weekly report.
The connector only answers requests from Claude, and access to the admin is limited to Thrubits staff who need it. Data travels over encrypted connections.
No system is perfectly secure. Keep your connector address, dashboard link and sign-in details private, and tell us straight away if you think they have been exposed so we can replace them.
9. What you should not share
Please do not put passwords, payment card numbers, identity documents or other highly sensitive information in your Business Profile, your files or your chats with Claude.
If you handle your own customers' personal information with Claude, you are responsible for doing so lawfully and for telling your customers as the law requires.
10. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a client. After you stop the service, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, normally within 12 months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
If you sign up but do not become a client, we delete your signup answers within a reasonable period, unless you ask us to keep them.
11. Your rights and choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@thrubits.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within a reasonable time.
You can update your goals and pause roles from your dashboard, turn off the weekly report, and ask us to update your Business Profile at any time.
Some information may need to be kept even after a deletion request, for example invoices required by law.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may also contact the data protection authority in your country.
12. Laws, changes and contact
We aim to comply with the data protection laws that apply to us and to you, including Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 on electronic transactions and personal data and, for customers in Saudi Arabia, the Personal Data Protection Law where it applies.
We may update this notice. We will tell you about material changes by email before they take effect.
