Lighter photos for faster websites and quicker sharing

A photo straight from a phone is 3 to 8 MB. On a website that makes pages slow — and Google ranks slow pages lower, especially on mobile, which is how most people in Lebanon browse. Resizing to 1920 px and saving as WebP usually brings a photo under 300 KB with no visible difference.

Pick the maximum width, the format and the quality, compress a whole batch at once and download them. Re-saving also strips hidden camera details such as the GPS location where the photo was taken.
