What "an AI team in Claude" means
Claude is the AI assistant made by Anthropic. You use it in the Claude app on your computer or phone, by simply typing what you need. We set up a workspace in your own account: a project that holds your Business Profile (what you sell, your prices, policies, customers, tone and goals) and a set of roles that each know one job well.
The Business owners pack has twelve roles, led by a Business Manager: Marketing, Customer Care, Reviews and Reputation, Finance, Sales, Pricing, Operations, Loyalty, Growth, a Data Analyst and HR and Hiring. Every role reads your Business Profile before it starts, so answers use your real prices and policies instead of generic advice. When a fact is missing, it asks you instead of guessing.

Morning: a manager brief
Start the day with one request and get a short list of what needs your attention, what is waiting for your approval and what to follow up on.

How setup works
- Tell us about your business. A short form in Arabic or English: what you sell, prices, policies, customers and goals.
- We build your Business Profile. One document your whole team reads before every task. You check it before anything else happens.
- We set up the team in your Claude app. Your project, the roles you chose, your files and the connector that delivers your roles, with you on the call, signed in to your own account. We never ask for your password.
- We test it and hand it over. We run real tasks together, fix what is not right, and give you starter prompts to use from day one.
After that, optional monthly care keeps it current: we update your prices, offers and goals, adjust roles and plan the next month's campaigns with you.
What you need
- Your own paid Claude plan (Pro, Max or Team), paid directly to Anthropic. Pro suits one person; Team suits staff who will use it too. The account, the chats and the data stay yours.
- A computer for the setup session, and the Claude app on your phone for daily use.
- Your price list or menu, your policies and anything you want the team to know.
- About one hour with us for setup and handover.
What it does not do
- It does not post or message anyone by itself. Posts, replies and messages are drafts. You approve them and you send or publish them.
- It does not make money decisions. Prices, discounts, refunds, orders and hiring are recommendations. You decide.
- It does not replace your accountant or lawyer. Legal, tax and medical answers are general information to confirm with a professional.
- It does not invent facts. If your Business Profile does not say it, the team asks you.
- It does not run without Claude. If your Claude subscription ends, the team pauses until it is renewed.

Do I pay for Claude separately?

Which languages does it use?
Arabic and English. For your customers it writes in Lebanese or Gulf Arabic, as you choose, or in English.
My business is a bit unusual. Will it fit?

What if I stop monthly care?
The workspace stays yours and keeps working as long as your Claude plan is active. Care keeps your prices, offers and roles up to date, and you can restart it any time.
